What happened
Verified deal fraud. This account sells discounted Play Store gift codes. In the reported deal it took two payments toward an agreed price, then, once paid, claimed the price was actually higher and asked for more.
When the buyer refused to pay more, the account promised a refund in five days, then stopped delivering on that too. Chat logs show the same stalling pattern repeating over several days, with the account giving vague delays before going quiet.
