1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit miniapps.me, subscribe to the newsletter, or submit a mini app or bot to the directory. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What miniapps.me is

miniapps.me is an independent directory that lists Telegram mini apps and bots. We collect, organize, and write about apps built on the Telegram platform. We are not Telegram, we are not affiliated with Telegram, and a listing on miniapps.me is not an endorsement by Telegram.

3. Using the site

You may browse, share, and link to anything on the site for personal or non-commercial use. When using miniapps.me, you agree not to:

• Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site.
• Scrape or copy the directory in bulk for a competing service without permission.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or anything illegal.
• Misrepresent who you are when submitting an app or contacting us.

4. Submitting an app

When you submit a mini app or bot, you confirm that:

• You are the developer of the app, or you have permission from the developer to submit it.
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• The app does not break Telegram's terms of service or any applicable law.
• You grant miniapps.me a non-exclusive licence to display the name, description, logo, and link you provide on the directory and in related promotional material.

You keep ownership of your app, your brand, and any content you submit.

5. Listings are at our discretion

We curate the directory by hand. We may accept, decline, edit, reorder, or remove any listing at any time, with or without giving a reason. We do this to keep the directory useful, safe, and on-topic.

6. Third-party apps and links

Listings on miniapps.me point to apps and bots built by other people. We do not control those apps and we are not responsible for what they do, what they store, or how they behave. Use them at your own risk and read their own terms and privacy policies before signing up.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will email you occasional updates about the directory, new listings, and articles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@miniapps.me.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, articles, and original writing on miniapps.me belong to us. You are welcome to quote short passages with a credit and a link back. For anything larger, please ask first.

Trademarks and logos shown on the directory belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the apps they represent.

9. No warranties

miniapps.me is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise that every listing is up to date, that every link works, or that the site will be available without interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, miniapps.me and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that result from using the site, relying on a listing, or being unable to access the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
