What it does
Spam Info Bot is the official Telegram service for users whose accounts have been limited from sending messages to non-contacts or joining new public groups. If you have been auto-restricted for sending too many unsolicited messages, the bot explains what happened and lets you submit an appeal asking moderators to lift the restriction.
It is the canonical route for restoring full account functionality. Outside of Spam Info Bot, restrictions usually cannot be lifted by changing settings or reinstalling the app.
